MP with previously banned address and name

Hi, from what I've read here, MP is fine with a previously banned name, address, phone no. I had an account 2 yrs back that was banned MC001 (before this MP nonsense). Is this true? or should I use a "creative" address, but keep the name and SSN real? or just keep everything real?

What was banned? Your paypal or your ebay account? If eBay banned you, MP isn't going to save you.

yeah, i was banned from eBay (suspension mail)

yeah, i was banned from eBay's side. Perhaps I have to keep making new stealth accounts and whenever its time to switch to MP, I have to make a new account
