ebay allow to unlink payoneer and link another one , there is an option to find someone for a new account or link an existing working payoneer if you have one |

| no , I do not want to say this. I understand payoneer can be exchanged as long as verification was not completed. but if it fails it is likely to be like in the UK where failed Adyen verification leads to termination of the ebay account |
