When the documents have been approved, than there is some check after that point. Probably the items were the reason for suspension.

this is a typical situation when docs do not get approved. that email about approval is meaningless because they always send it. there was either a check through databases or if they can't do checks in smaller countries they will be suspending randomly

although as far as I know credit history exists in many small countries as well , since it is a system that was increasingly copied from large western countries in the recent past

It seems like they make checks not once but a few times before and after enrollment.
