some thoughts on mp

My theory: eBay makes their 'exit scam' atleast in Europe. They ban accounts left and right and take the money. Give ZERO chance for european sellers to successfully enroll for mp, and if someone happens to do magic, they leave them for a month or two before ban. They dont give a damn. They know their platform is dying. Now they take the money and run. I will not be surprised to wake up one morning to find ebay stating they are bankrupt and cant make payouts to their sellers.
I am keeping it as short as possible. Let me know what are your thoughts.

There are loads of people who passed MP checks years ago. No panic. I've some docs ppl were trying to send for MP and cried they were busted... but docs were complete disaster. Also, many ppl sell some cheap foo foo crap and deserved to be banned. And now it happened.

Just received a ban on brand new perfect account. What is funny is that I received a few messages in the near days that my mp will be on in a few days. WTF? And the reps know exactly what they are doing. They just don't want to cooperate. Even asked me what is my business plan???

There are many many factors. You have to share everything so we can suggest something...

The TO is somewhat exaggerating , EU sellers can register for MP but need real details and they need to refrain from selling questionable items. It might not be clear to everyone yet but MP does not just mean tough verification but also a new policy on what can be sold. Especially digital items and items under copyright are now high risk

Do you know how many if the eu sellers sell "questionable items"? Ebay for europe is practically dead.

EBay is making loads of money and is doing very well. Managed payments is now earning them more money.
If you can't sell on ebay, just buy their stock. Shareholders have been cleaning up and should continue to do so.
