Mp suspended with funds stuck in it. You wont be getting it back

Hey guys..prove me wrong on this please..

I got 3 suspensions on 3 separate accounts and had available funds in them.

Spoke to ebay reps asking how long until they payout my money..thinking it'll be like PayPal ((before PayPal started mass robbing accounts in 2020).

I was told my funds would go through the escheatment process bc I was suspended.

Sooo to sum it up basically (for Canada Mp anyway) ebay WILL NOT PAYOUT YOUR AVAILABLE FUNDS but will keep them if you get suspended !!

I learned my lesson and now I only ship once funds are in my bank.. please do the same to protect yourselves! I was already robbed 16k by PayPal this past year

Why were you suspended? No id / creative id?

If you sell regularly and consistently then not shipping until the monies are in your bank account achieves absolutely nothing. Even then unless you empty your bank account it can still be recovered....and even then some banks would return it and send you into an overdraft/negative balance.

MP has taught us one thing. If, for example, you continue to sell prohibited goods you're not going to last long unless you've an endless supply of legitimate bank accounts and that MP will see funds permanently withheld too, maybe even at a higher rate than paypal.

No these accounts were in variations of my real info and passed I'd checks. Suddenly the accounts had periodic performance review, on one account I had a boost of sales and on the other I had a buyer who opened 2 returns under a false claim and then closed those returns the same day. Clearly it was triggered by the claims of this buyer.

Both accounts just said mc011 for high risk to ebay community and payouts will be held.

Shipping once the money is in my bank achieves alot actually bc I have 0 to no claims so I'm not worried about the money being pulled from my bank by ebay. Simply that I shipped goods on these accounts and then ebay is keeping those payouts where if I had waited to ship when the money was in my bank I would have been paid for the shipped items instead of having ebay keeping my money

eBay is not going to allow you to wait a few days to ship every order. If you set your handling time long trying to accomplish what you're saying I assume eBay would just slow down your payouts to mitigate their risk. You'd probably end up losing the account for poor metrics.

how did you pass ID checks? by uploading ID?

My funds are only being held 1 to 2 days. I upload shipping immediately and ship right after the payout goes to my bank.

bold move. I just sold a printer with wifi capabilities with ink inside of it. I shipped it Saturday morning. tracking says it should arrive to my customer on Thursday. I hope my money show up tomorrow.
