Default letter from ebay

Thank you for being a valued member of eBay's Managed Payments program.

Your ID will be used to validate the identity information you provided previously. We also request that you upload a copy of a recent bank statement so we can verify your bank details.

Until you provide us with this documentation, your payouts are on hold.

If your eBay account information does not match your ID exactly, we also ask that you update any information that differs from your ID before you proceed with the upload.

Please ensure the ID document you provide includes your:
Full legal name and the ID number
Date of birth

Additionally, the document you provide needs to:
Be current (not expired)
Be in color
Contain the full document with no part of the document obscured or cropped
Contain the complete MRZ code (if providing a passport)
Contain Front and Back of the ID document (if providing driver's license/State ID)
Be an official government-issued ID document

Also, please upload a bank statement that:
Includes the name and address of the account owner or business entity
Includes the bank's name
Lists the bank account number (at least the last 4 digits)
Is less than 12 months old (if providing a dated document)

Open the following secure eBay link to upload your documents:

Someone who has had such a letter from ebay, i tigated this account for about 6 months, the account checked all the documents were submitted but now sent this, i submitted the requested documents yesterday but no response has been frozen yet! Maybe someone knows how long this is verified and will the account be reinstated at all?

Unless documents are real, you are a toast - this is actual review, they do not check docs during MP application. For me it took 3 weeks of wait.

This has nothing to do with what you are selling or your amount of sales.
This has everything to do with who you are. As stated earlier in this thread, make sure all documents are real and match whatever public records database they use for verification in your country. Otherwise, bye bye.
Adyen will know who and where you and everybody that sells on Ebay is...EVERYONE...and if they can't verify, they simply can't do business with you.

the documents are real, so I ask how long they have been carrying out such checks and whether anyone has passed them!

this means paysera is blacklisted as well , the verification may take between several weeks and several months. it is not advisable to use any virtual accounts but just use a local bank

that is not likely to help , it is amateurs doing their work , they just mass suspended countless sellers including genuine ones and there are people waiting for several months without any results

the worst thing about this is that the bank accounts were perfectly allowed and then suddenly they were not allowed anymore. and since they did not want to investigate each account they just restricted everyone which is basically almost the same as suspended since almost no one gets reinstated

🔥 there is an extra fiery Hell for eBay. If I sold illegal merch or body parts I’d deserve their ban but after 22 years being banned due to “abusing the money back guarantee” determines me a risk to the community. How the HELL does this eve make sense? I can’t even get them to let me have my selling account which has been above standard dashboard it’s whole lifetime. I’m so glad I’m not alone and still can’t wrap my head around their illogical bull. Makes me even more determined to beat them.
