Stealth E B w/ Real LLC for Banned Individual

I have a permanent ban.

From what I've read, US Ebay Account Business must match US LLC Name. They also will ask for LLC members. 1099's will be sent to LLC Name, profits can be filed under Schedule C for members.

1. Can you have a Stealth E B registered to a Real LLC?

2. Will it be a problem and cause another suspension, ban if may name will be on the LLC (regardless if it's sole owner or part of multiple owners)

With a legit LLC and business bank account you should be able to sign up and pass MP verification. At some point after a few payouts you'll get another document request... If you can form a multi member LLC your name being on the incorporation documents won't matter as long as the name and SSN of the person responsible for opening/managing the Ebay account for the company passes verification. They are not going to request each member pass verification.
