Stealth ebay accounts done?

A couple months ago I was able to receive payouts on my eBay Stealth account without sending in government id but now transitioning one of my old eBay Stealth accounts it requires you to submit a driver license or passport immediately after you signup with managed payments. It also requires one of your driver/paspport id numbers if you don't want to share your ssn number, without this you will not receive payouts.

I don't see a bypass unless you have real credentials for Canadian ebay accounts now. I still see sellers on the forum selling U.S/UK accounts so just wondering if sending id or sin number is required to sell on ebay for those countries.

Completely stealth accounts aren’t a thing anymore. If you buy a stealth account you can’t use bogus details anymore. It has to be yours or someone you have a close relationship with. If any of the details aren’t matching up on the recent accounts I’ve created they get hit with a ID request and a W9 form.
