payoner - document corrupted or unreadable

I get this a lot. Documents that are submitted for verification are refused with "document corrupted or unreadable". Maybe this might be a reason for so much bans.

Anyone had this problem?

From time to time I`ve got the same issue, just try to change the angle(if it is possible), give more light for picture and resubmit it. It should works.
