Periodic performance review

Hi I created an eBay stealth account and I listed an item (not even attached bank account yet just created the seller account) and an hour later I receive an email saying periodic performance review? I’ve not even sold anything yet. Is this a sign my stealth account is going to be suspended? I’ve done everything right. I’ve got a dedicated IP, new phone number, new address etc so it shouldn’t be

Means a human review. Just leave it for 5 days.

I used private internet access dedicated IP service so it’s definitely a good one, and yes I used a rental property I own as the address so it’s definitely real. No way they could of traced it’s me, all fresh info. So very confused why I got this periodic review thing after one listing
