Had a US account get tanked. Got the funds eventually. I can't remember if it was 60-90 days precisely, but they were in fact released when I was checking bank statements.
That’s good to know. I currently have two suspended accounts. Chatted via chat to a rep he told me I have to ring customer service number and gave me that. Going to ring them and see what they say.
All items have been delivered for me so can’t see how they can keep my money indefinitely.
Did you ring eBay customer service? I will report back on the 26th september if I get my funds or not as they said it will be 30 days after the date it was suspended which mine was 26th august.
No I didn’t ring. This is only a couple of hundred pounds. Wanted to see how it played out without contacting them. If nothing after 30 days then I will ring them and find out what is happening.

We need an update as eBay have told me because they can’t verify my details on my old stealth account then funds will be retained by eBay forever.
I just saw your thread after posting my response. That's crazy mate. Sorry that it happened to you but it looks like you're not the only one. Makes it a little bit harder if you can't get your funds. Puts me right off starting again.

You just need to know what to look out for. I didn’t know how managed payments work before which is why I have funds locked in this account.
All my other accounts are working perfectly and receiving payouts all the time.
If you have stealth details just be careful about reaching £750-£1500 threshold as you will be hit with ID request and you will fail as eBay won’t be able to verify you so spread sales on each stealth account or ask family/friend to use their details.

I waited 170 days. If you dont get it, you need to call. Dont listen those rep saying you wont get it. Keep calling every few days. Tell them nothing is being done and you need to talk to someone at manage payment

The account was also in your name if I remember correctly and not stealth. My old account is full stealth info can not be verified and eBay are retaining funds forever.
This is why it’s so important to create accounts in your own name and previous address lived at which is on your credit report as stealth details you will never see the money again.
