Default Manage Payment Hold 60-72, 90 or 180 days

I have been searching here for a while and see a lot of different answers in addition getting a lot of different response of eBay rep saying 60-72, 90 or 180 days.

In the pass a suspended account was 60 days wait on manage payment but it seems like it changed

What is everyone experience?

Currently i have 2 mc011 account waiting. Both pass the 60-72 days but no payment.

What is everyone experience?

it's usually 60 days.

but if they extended it and not refunding you it means you have done something really bad and they'll keep the money

they have not mention anything regarding not returning the money. I don't think ebay can keep your money.

Plenty of evidence to suggest that if you do not get the account re-instated you will never see the funds. In any event, it's likely to be 180 days at least to negate the possibility of chargebacks.

Adyen are playing the 'regulatory requirements' card in the same way Amazon have done for many years now.

I’ve had a account that was suspended and got payout after 30 days, I think it just depends on a bunch of different circumstances on when payout will come after suspension.. There’s no specific time though

Just a quick update , I gave them a call and one of the account got the funds released. As many said on the forum , it really depends on your luck and who they transfer you to. Once they transferred you to manage payment team , i was all good.

EBay have told me because they couldn’t verify the account they will not be releasing my funds. I will leave the account open on my desktop and keep checking every month.

Yes they wanted passport or drivers license but account was stealth so passport rejected.

That's not true entirely.

I mean it could be that they don't actually transfer the funds over the government, but their monkey cs reps have advised on a few accounts the funds wont be released and to follow the "Escheatment" process, which is to contact you local government to claim the funds.

Never went that far, never will.

It could be bs and the cs reps just dishing out the same script for US/UK customers....

I really wish at least the response was consistent across all seller platforms, the reps can never help with anything. its setup this way on purpose to corporations can take your funds and not spend money on proper support.

corrupt world.

Is this a stealth account? I’ve been told I will never get my funds because eBay couldn’t verify me.

Has anyone received funds on a stealth account which was suspended?

Had a US account get tanked. Got the funds eventually. I can't remember if it was 60-90 days precisely, but they were in fact released when I was checking bank statements.

I spoke to eBay today and they said 30/60 days after the suspension date.

They said it takes more than 30 days sometimes if their was an issue with buyers address or tracking.

Buyer received my item as soon as it sold and tracking confirmed so I’m hoping in around 10 days I will get my funds.

That’s good to know. I currently have two suspended accounts. Chatted via chat to a rep he told me I have to ring customer service number and gave me that. Going to ring them and see what they say.
All items have been delivered for me so can’t see how they can keep my money indefinitely.
