Chargeback is always a possibility, true

They are already the only payment processor on EBay,since they kick out Paypal.

I dont see any bigger plan ?Paypal at one time tried money market account but Paypal is not a bank and it abandon this idea.
Then it gives us a PAYPAL debit card tapping our Paypal fund backed by our bank account and if we use it as a CREDIT CARD,we get 1% cash rebate, but this does not work too well,As WMT can tell this aint no credit card so it has to be used as a debit card.
Then cc issuer gives us 1-6% rebate,no need to play this debit/credit card game from Paypal.
Unless like Paypal,it starts lending us money, but I understand Ebay is already doing it.
Oh,at one time Megg Whitman wants to get health insurance for its power sellers and the insurance underwriters said no way, your power sellers have no distinct characteristice which fit our underwriting rules.
Maybe an Ebay lottery?

Wait we have to keep the money in the so called pot and we can't withdraw?

I think that's a really bad negative for sellers

Of course it can still be withdrawn, it's just that it will no longer be automated. It only applies to private sellers I believe.

Seller who has not 'upgraded' to a Business eBay account. Maybe it's labelled Personal account where you are?

Supposedly not running a business.

This new system has gone Live today (in UK).

I managed to withdraw processed funds.

A Royalmail postage label still charged my Amex card by default. The 'legacy tool' for buying packlink Evri labels is still there for now.

It says

Quote:
Shop on eBay, cover selling needs or withdraw anytime.
'Processing' funds still there. I hope purchases don't use that money. I'll give it a test with a small purchase.
