Default refund that does not arrive
Hello, I requested a refund from my Paysera account to eBay 40 days ago. Paysera says it sent it, and eBay says it hasn't arrived. I have contacted eBay's chat support, and it's like talking to a dead person. Does anyone know how to fix this?
