| that post was 2014,fast forward 2019,it sounds like she is selling antiques and collectibles,these days buyers of such are sellers,everyone so called collectors have drawers full of junk they paid too much for,some are not junk but the collectible fever is gone.
Those who started selling in 1990s would tell you the profit is obscene,sellers would quit their jobs to do Ebay full time,retire ,write books.

Sandy sold accounts here a long time ago. One day she logged into a bunch of accounts she made and sold, that the buyers hadn't changed the login credentials (password) on, and stole money. When the Sandy D account was actively selling here it was a lot easier to transfer money out of Paypal accounts.
It's all buried deep in the forum's history for anyone who cares to look. Just check Sandy's iTrader ratings.

WHY IS she stealing money?
I read what she posted,what she did -buy from other Ebay sellers,go to thrift shops,estate auctions,garage sales etc worked great when few people ever heard of Ebay or know how to sell on Ebay,then more and more folks heard of Ebay and piled in,indvidual,small shop retailers.
you can go to a garage sale and the owner told you he has already checked out Ebay,his item was selling for 89 dollars,now you can have it for 65?
Thrift shops are swarmed with Ebay sellers fighting over the old stuff,the people who are poor and needy cant compete with them.
Starting in early 2000,collectibles and used stuff have lost its magic,many items ended up with one bid or no bid,in an auction,like they said,it takes 2 bitches to drive up the price!
she posted in 2014,I bet she has tons of junks she cant sell.
Many sellers are stuck with tons of resin casted figurines,china made limoge,depression dishes,figural coffee mugs,S/P shakers,back then you have to pay a listing fee,when Ebay offers free listing,everyone lists like crazy.
Those are the good old days,people will bid for an empty box,those toilet paper cardboard core for craft work,fortune telling .psychic reading,they come home from work,they list,they bid. |

On the Etsy forum,someone complained she bought an ETSY account from someone on this forum,the seller managed to keep her sales proceeds,I think either the Paypal account belonged to the seller or the bank account linked belong to the seller.
wonder if it is the same person Sandy? |

back in the good old days,it is not difficult to Make 100,000 before taxes,if you deny yourself a fair salary with excessive overtime,office rent since you are working from home,travel expenses looking for things to sell,with no salary,you dont pay SS,ifyou have a spouse or full time job which pays your health insurance,no health insurance premium.
the ones who really make money are those who sell cameras,pc,laptop,scanners and accessories,all they have to do is to list them at a lesser price than the physical stores,every one wants to sell and they need cameras,scanners,pc,etc |

This lady sounds like a pretty smart seller,lost of stamina and well organised,you figure she has family with small kids.
Her downfall could be her merchandise,using credit to purchase common stuff she cant sell and the bills come due.
anyone can sell on Ebay,including the manufacturer,wholesaler and distributor and they can outsell you easily,or they have some kids at home who sell on EBay,all they have to do is to go to the ware house and take pictures of whatever they want to list. |
