Noewadays, buyers claiming that the item "has not been delivered" or that "the box was empty" are growing.

There was a similar case in the forum a few weeks ago.

I think this is a "spreading" practice that makes small seller like me, surrend to the fact that maybe is not convenient anymore sell on Ebay.
To save time and money I sometimes do not make my shipping treaceable and, now more than 1 year ago, buyers are claiming "item not received" and I do not think it is simply a postal service issue.

Professional buyers are ever present and growing - extra care needed to protect yourself as a seller....it's annoying but always present on the online market
