Howeven I haven't seen that LBB offers a bank account tho. They offer credit cards. If your thinking is to load one of their prepaid credit cards with your paypal money, thats not gonna work, because as far as I know for every time you load the card via wire transfer they need a reference number which paypal doesn't provide when they wire the money.

Yes i have that in mind,to load LBB prepaid card with Paypal money and than transfer from LBB to another bank account from which I can withdraw.

I have had a LBB pre paid card. You can load it from any bank account, but to direct the money to the correct credit card account, you need to put a certain individual code in the purpose field (Verwendungszewck). However paypal doesn't do that, they put in their own purpose. Thus payments couldn't be assigned to your credit card account.

eBay+Paypal stealth (US) accounts-and eBay+Paypal real account in (Germany).

1.Can money be transferred from stealth(US) to real (DE) Paypal account without issues.
There would be completely different names and everything else.

If it's a one or two times thing and the accounts are aged and have other transactions it can be done pretty easily. I would recommend to send it as a payment for goods and services and not family and friends.

If you plan to do this on a long time basis the accounts might eventually become linked. For this case you might wanna make it look like the DE account is the distributor for the goods you sell on the US account.

Actually all accounts would be new,I would like to start this way because my german language is still not good and i can`t sell to german market yet.
So let`s say that I arrange thing like you said,that I set up (DE) account as my distributor account,how to eventually bypass eBay request for invoices ie.origin of goods.

If you are in Germany and want to use a German Paypal and sell on US Ebay, you don't even need the US Paypal. You can attach a german paypal to US ebay account.

I transferred money from German PAYPAL to my Dutch PAYPAL as I am living in Germany now and I don't want to get some troubles from tax department.

Máke sure the address for (german) paypal is the same address as the one you register with ebay (us). You can use a German address for paypal and Ebay US, no problem.

schufa is not a myth. its a big problem.

they got a big DB with

name
address + date since you life there
dob
phone numbers
bank numbers
and more...

not sure what they share with paypal but its atleast

name
address
dob

You seem to misunderstand what SCHUFA does. SCHUFA is privately owned and they make solvency checks or credit assessment. And they are not the only ones in Germay who do that. There is Credit reform and other databases that do the same.

And of course they don't have your stealth data in their database. How could they have a person in their database which does not exist?

Schufa is a solvency check, not an identity check. It's NOT the German SSN system. If you move to a new address, schufa will not automatically update their information on you and you are not obligated in any way to tell them. So it can not be used as an identity check.

If you make an online request for a loan, simply a request, the bank in question will give your data to SCHUFA. So you could simply do that with your stealth data and boom... your stealth identity has name and address in SCHUFA database. Yes, an online request is enough. But you don't need that to open a paypal account.

Paypal will send a request regarding your credit worthyness to SCHUFA. So PAYPAL will send you name, address and DOB to Schufa. SCHUFA does NOT in any case confirm that this person exists. All they do is check if the person has any bad loans running or is unable to pay off his mortage. They do NOT confirm the Identity. So all Paypal gets back from them will be "Person XY, Z Street: No Entries."

i am a master of photoshop, 20 years working ....

I do not know how to make Ebay and PP accounts in EU countries,
with big limits .... the company is not real it possible?

Most times, I used the same photo ID for different account names, so far so good. It is a bit hard to find the ID photos online.

Actually it is the same process to make EBAY/PP acounts in EU as welll as other countires.

Once you have the valid VCC card , mobile number, ID and address documents, you are ready to go.


But at the moment, I had a problem with one of my German account: PP asked for the VCC bank statement. It is the VCC card and anyone here can help?

We could sell on eBay US, UK and AU with same PP Turkey account.
