My first Germany EBAY and PAYPAL account, Successful
 

The PAYPAL account just got restored mins ago after unloading the documents of lifting receiving limits and the EBAY selling limits now has 1000 items and 10 000euros (call EBAY on 14th)

Cost List of this stealth account:
1 Lebara SIM card: 1 euro
EBAY stealth Credit card: USD 8 (Now linked with my real German bank account Kreissparkasse bank, waiting to see if it works for different names)
Photoship ID and address for PAYPAL lifting receiving limits: ca. 75 Euros

Ebay just asked me the regular questions like personal information check, and dispatch days, where do you source your items from....


Photo ID, I found a PHOTOSHOP master to PS it. I gave the lady the details and then asked her to PS it. Easy!

Anyway, here I am.

Schufa check, EBAY and PAYPAL don't ask this either. But when you are going to open a bank account in Germany, I think Banks do check.

I have 2 German bank accounts at the moment, may go more banks to open more accounts later.

I think most banks in European countries do check credits to decide whether you can have an account with them or not.

When i tryed to registered in .de, there was message that my data will be matched with Schufa. Name, address and DOB. Here is info about it, in German - http://pages.ebay.de/help/account/schufa-help.html
Did you used German name and address when creating eBay account ?
Here in Bulgaria you can open a bank account or debit card, no matter if you have poor credit history/score. They checked only when you apply for consumer/mortgage loan or credit card.

I haven't met Schufa check for my 2 accounts (1 account above, another account my first bid list today). But refer to the above account , the first time I called EBAY to lift my selling limits and EBAY asked me to add my VAT number as well as add some shop rules first. So the second call EBAY did give me 1000 items allowance.

Then about the PAYPAL lifting receiving limits, I was using English name and German address. It is much easier for me to calculate details under English name by myself as the PS master just PS ed what you offer.For the address proof, I used my paper from local(Germany) city hall and PS master PSed the address. But I will try to use the bank statement next time and will ask the bank to mail me the statement.

German ebay is OK, big limits in each months but if you get first Not recived or nt described, ther will be no limit lifting, you must call.
for each account on IP not from germany i have to provide documents. to fast to much listing will kill account, start from 1listing....

also i have question, ho to get more IBAN in Germ,any i get only postbank but ther is no sub accounts only one DE0000 00000 number account....
what bank allow to heve mor bankaccounts?

For a new account, better sell slowly with bids or 1 or 2 fixed-price listing first.

I am also with Post bank, with I received 2 cards with 1 debit and 1 credit. In Germany, show your ID or passport and a paper of registered address from local hall, then you are ok to open a bank account with any banks I think.

varies.
But I had 2 new account were temp. limited in hours after sign up and Ebay asked to to upload documents to lift the limits.

So better wait and buy first!

Well, 2 situations.
1. Ebay asked me to upload ID and address documents at the beginning. So I just leave the accounts alone.

2. Ebay never had asked, but uploaded both documents to lift 2500 euros receiving limits in PAYPAL.

Well, you have to offer all the necessary inputs and then PS master can PS.

If you open a Bank account it will be registered at the schufa db.
it wont work with not real data -> there is no schufa entry

I found German Kreissparkasse bank is not ok for stealth account.

At the beginning, I just add the bank account information into the EBay under the stealth name, then I can't receive the payments from buyers via bank transfer. So I change the name with my real name (Ebay stealth account, that means my Ebay uses stealth name and added the real bank with real name), no problems at all.

I can test POST bank next month hopefully depends on how quick of my another stealth account develops.

You need more accounts, you can open extra accounts usually through your online banking

Bank systems are different.

I have Halifax account and you can open multi accounts with them through online banking.

In Germany, I am afraid not.

Sparkasse? l remember my aunt worked for them in the wire transfer dept. and I know for sure that even after the introduction of the swift system they still check if the receivers name is correct. So don't stealth with any Sparkasse account. Postbank worked for me so far.

Sparkasse is the most expensive and customer unfriendly bank.

Deutsche Bank, Sparda Bank and Volksbank work well

Has anyone open account in Landesbank Berlin (LBB Ag)?
I saw in theirs Terms and Conditions,quote:
"Mismatching between beneficiary name and account number / IBAN in incoming payment orders
