New stealth account

i had few stealth ebay and paypal accounts and it got limited.now i want to create new accounts.shall i use old pc???shall i use old doggle with new sim??? or i need to change all of this???

All of this information is in the stealth guide. You should read it again.
You can use your old PC - just be sure to open new windows user accounts - 1 for each account you open.
And you need a new and solid IP solution - again a different IP for each account you open.

Thanks for your info.i have a doubt.shall i use same doggle or new one for Fresh IP or i need to change only network provider (sim card).i can insert diffrent network provider sim card in my doggle.
