problems linking to bank account

I thought linking my bank account to PayPal would be simple, how wrong I was at the top of the page it says:

Add bank account

By adding your bank account, you can use PayPal to pay directly from your bank account without exposing your bank details. Easily withdraw money from your PayPal, and send money to your friends and family almost anywhere in European Economic Area, for free.

You can add a bank account from any of these countries.

Underneath are, four boxes one which says: Back code 5 didgits

another xhich says sort code (sort code 5 digits)

another which says account number 11 digits

and another which says <Rib Key 2 digits

<my question is what do <i put in these boxes??
