Help needed with VCC

Hi can anyone help me, I need to be able to make a VCC that will work to verify a new Canadian PayPal account i have made. Basically I am in the UK trying to get a free trial to the online streaming service DAZN. I am using a VPN that gets me through the geo blocking but I need a card to either verify a PayPal account or just register the card on the DAZN site

Open an account on neteller, verfiy it and use their virtual mastercards for this step .

Have you tried the VCC sellers I the seller section? pretty sure they have what youre looking for.

Hi, I opened up an account on Neteller and verified it. Made a virtual mastercard but it doesn't work because my address is one in the UK. PayPal Canada rejects the card because the address doesn't match
