| | | Aguero | 12-21-2018 04:51 AM | eBay Germany customer support Hi guys,
How can I reach them by email ? Or will be an issue to call from different than account phone number ? I am not sure they speak English, only German.
Buyer left lots of negative feedback and want to revise to positive, but I have only 5 available requests.
Thanks in advance. |
| bugmyday | 12-23-2018 05:59 AM | Re: eBay Germany customer support you can contact via message center they reply within 24 hr from contact page and you can ring them with skype and see if they talk in english or german |

Thanks in advance. | Better to call, paypal so fcking slowly by email support
Call to paypals ireland support they will help you in english :) |
| backamblock | 12-29-2018 08:23 PM | Re: eBay Germany customer support never write paypal DE, call in. or you will have to write the same mail 20 times because you get a different rep every time who just copies the same answer
ebay can be contacted via mail in their help section. there is a button "contact us now"
AFAIK you will only be able to get helpful answers when you write them in german, because english messages are outsourced and they are just copy paste messages as well.
i can translate for you |
Re: eBay Germany customer support For feedback related issues, i'd call and try sweet talk the rep.
Email will be a hit and miss.
I would assume they speak English everywhere eBay operates, but it is Germany. Just call and try perhaps? |
| Aguero | 01-05-2019 04:58 PM | Re: eBay Germany customer support It is a really slow process. I reached them by email them in co.uk. They remove most of the feedback but there is few to be removed. |

| tedsmith1990 | 01-19-2019 01:19 PM | Re: eBay Germany customer support German EBAY site, just get someone pick up the call and then you can ask if you can communicate by English. It is fine and I had the experience with it. |
| nesharm | 04-05-2019 03:37 PM | Re: eBay Germany customer support I tried several times to talk to support of the ebay.de, and they only wanted to speak on german language, had some tehnical issues with shop, so I had to call US call center.
One huge question, where can I see ebay.de message center? I can only find their call center number on the site. |
| Parisjen | 04-23-2019 05:46 PM | Re: eBay Germany customer support You dont have to call or email ebay.de you can call or email ebay.com or ebay.uk or whichever ebay that speaks english. It doesnt matter in what country is your ebay created because Ebay servers are all worldwide connected. You can call ebay.co.jp to solve your matter if you want and they are obligated to privide you help. (If you can speak Japanese :P ) |

(If you can speak Japanese :P ) | well, the real question for me here would be if that is a good practise. while they are connected and can maybe solve your problem, i had the experience that ebay.de support denied to make changes/remove feedback/resolve cases that were opened on other countries ebay sites. i should instead contact their support directly.
so other way round, it may read strange for a rep if you are from germany/german acc, but never called ebay.de but always ebay.com. |

doesnt matter if you call or write
if you want more feedback to removed ("well, please deal with mad customers before they leave feedback" he said) you should wait a few days before asking again or it will be denied most likely |

I am not familiar with private proxies, but this can be an issue too. Probably you need to looks like a German seller otherwise you can use your local IPs. |

i wonder if it is about how you handle your accounts or if it really makes no difference if you call them german or english..but i guess that wil be very hard to find out in a controlled testing environment :) | | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 09:06 AM. | |
