ebay spain stealth

i read the Stealth Book and i'm about treat myself with a few self made ebay accounts.

should I expect any "surprises" coming from ebay spain or does the Stealth Book apply the same to all ebay sites?

also would it be better to rather create us accounts and migrate them to spanish accounts?
anyone tried it before?

I guess the stealth guide applies in a similar manner to any eB website (de, es, com, etc.). Personally, I have a US eB account (I plan to sell to US market only), which is in its early stages right now.

You can open first eb.es with spanish address and then list on eb.com

Wouldn't he have insertion fees doing it this way? 'Cause when I registered my first US account and tried listing on the spanish eB, I had 30 cents of insertion fees (don't remember if it was USD or EUR) :\

If you are in Spain is easier register on es account

What about Paypal Account how can i make it stealth in Spain? If my account was suspended and i want to open new one to my neighbor but with my debit card?

you have to use VCC - because paypal will not allow to use CC in other name than account.
