paypal gave me a list of europe country that i can withdraw i think i can add from all over the europe.

I guess next thing to do then is contact a bank in that country and see what they need from you

HSBC also have branches across all of Europe so I would contact hem in the UK as well

Choose a bank with low monthly fees. Polish banks work well for me

But Poland does not have euro, so do you withdraw everything in Polish Zloty?

I think they can auto exchange ,also I have Polish account as well. any way to have Polish account .

PP's currency exchange rate is absolutely horrid so avoid that route

i would suggest georgia, you can also use transferwise for international bankaccount which is even more easy

I will check georgia .I have us bank but paypal not allowing me to add .when calling said should first remove limitation .��

EU payapl accounts don't allow to withdraw to georgian bank accounts. Your account must be opened in one of the SEPA countries.

Also Bunq and Payoneer . There is plenty of systems who offer IBAN. You can use any of them.

Was your account limited for 180 days? and what country is your paypal?

Does someone know if these services like N26 or bunq who give you an IBAN are detected by PayPal as virtual bank accounts and get you suspended (like when you get caught using VCC to verify) or is it safe to use these services to withdraw my PP (Euro) balance?

Safe on Paypal's side, although it's worth playing it safe with these banks by not having lots of payments coming in from different names, I would suggest moving your money out of them as soon as it arrives.

I am just confused here, why PayPal won't block them. They're strict about VCC as far as I am aware and eventually block them by bin number/issuer.
By the way perhaps you happen to know what are the verification steps on n26 and bunq (besides providing your scanned docs), like video verification and/or anything else. I don't mean what they say in their terms but your personal experience if you've ever used them.
Just for me to get ready lol.

Its always easy for PP to see which bank account or VCC is being used

They are usually fine with it

Which polish banks you prefer ? Did PayPal withdraw the money if the PayPal account name not match with the polish bank acc name ?

find a bank which is a member of VISA Europe,open an account and ask for a VISA card/
