To get a Chinese personal ebay account, you need to verify your identity information and video authentication.
If you want to obtain a business ebay account, then you need a business license registered in China.
Registering eBay in China is more difficult than abroad.

Why you want Chinese account just use usa or uk?

I manage 6 Chinese accounts. It is a huge hassle. Very little advantage unless you simply want to collect RMB and fund a factory like I do. Keep in mind VPNs a crap in china because their whole network is weak. VPS is even worse. If you are using team viewer expect simple tasks that take a few minutes in USA to take hour or more most of the time.

How you collect rmb i have hk ebay and paypal and only can get in usd

its not weak but because of the firewall.that thing filter every out/in traffic.

i have this. but i will not advice you to do this. it is possible, however all other accounts is easier to manage

China whole network is weak, you sure of that? China has one of the best network in the world. Their network always fast and strong signal.
