Recover access for PayPal limitation: Unacceptable level of potential risk associated

Today i got my paypal limited due to the "unacceptable level of potential risk associated with your account" I am not sure if this is something that can recovered or is it something same as unaccepatble use of policy? This is the email I got:

You can no longer use PayPal.
During a recent review, we found an unacceptable level of potential risk associated with your account. As a result, we've permanently limited your account and you can no longer use PayPal.

Any amount in your PayPal balance will be held for up to 180 days. We'll email you information on how to access the funds when they become available.

Is there something that we can do to get it recovered?

Seems pretty final and kind of a major accusation - you can try calling and perhaps debate with an agent but slim chances.

What category of items being sold?

dont waste your time,you will be talking to a clerk,the decision is final.

Don't waste your time. Create a new paypal. You can still use it with the same ebay account. Dig up some threads discussing this.

nO,pAYPAL will be able to link his 2 Paypal accounts via his Ebay account,he has to use a different Ebay account
