Philippines Driving License Number Format for Paypal

Hello Guys..

I am from a country where PayPal doesn't accept payments so i have to create a philippine PayPal.

Since i have never been into PH i don't know how their DL number format.

Can anybody tell me how to create ⊗⊗⊗⊗ DL number..

As far as i know, it comes with 11chars ( A00-000-123456)

But some of my friends told me I should match DL number with Birthday and province ... Can anyone help or confirms this.

Then I can put real looking numbers instead of just random digits
