Revolut VCC is over?

Dear All, it seems that ALL my paypal accounts in UK and EU cannot withdraw to the good old virtual Revolut VCCs. It was too good to be true and it lasted a long time. Now: is there anything similar to Revolut? An app that allows you to create multiple VCCs, hopefully accepted by Paypal? N26, Rewire, Mooney, all give you 1 card ad nothing more.
