you always have the option to call american customer support even if account is german

You should still be able to call the USA counterpart for this and speak English.

But the most troublesome thing is that I need to fill in a German or Austrian phone number. The ebay customer would then call the number.
The German sim card in my hand can't make long calls. I have tried to contact customer service with these cards, and when I am lucky, I can meet customer service who can speak English. However, due to the card, the call will be interrupted during the call.

It seems that the policies of the United States and Germany are different. I think it would be better to contact German customer service directly

This account has submitted passport and passed the identity verification. I guess that one day the sales may increase too much, and then the average delivery time of orders is relatively slow, which triggers a 5-day inspection.

It doesn't seem to pass the inspection, and ebay hasn't sent me any messages.
In general, it is still a bit impatient to run this store. Should be sold slowly, at least 1-2 months.

ebay Germany site does not have an option for online communication. UK site has live chat, but haven't tried it（ usually useless, because the account is not registered in UK）.Use AWS German Vps to list products.
