Add a credit card issue
 

Hi,

Recently a couple of my eBay accounts using the same bank (but different IBANs) have been blocked from withdrawing money from my balance and eBay is asking me to add a credit card to pay the selling fees.

Is it safe to use a credit card where the cardholder's name is different from the name on the eBay account?

I would really appreciate any advice.

I'd imagine so, but I can't say for sure.

MC/VISA,Amex,you can use it anywhere in the world ,where it is issued is not an issue,however there is a MC issued in Africa which is not the same as rest of the world,cant recall all the details.
Remember the commercial-Dont leave home without it !
However,during the Kuwait invasion by IRAQ,Kuwaitee who fled the country and end up in neigboring countries cannot use their cards issued by Kuwai banks !
