Hello

Im live not at USA, but want to buy PP-eBay acc.
What best VPN you can offer? because in some times when you use VPN, paypal blocked you, i dont know why, so need help with IP (VPN) :doh:

VPN's are not favored by ebay, and paypal, but if its your only choice do a Google search for VPN's, and try to find one that's not so popular, which will better your chances of lasting a little longer.

Vpn's aren't as good as sliced bread® but if you're desperate they could be better than the butter on the bread.

The best way would be to contact the vpn provider and see how they handle it.

Maybe you get lucky on the first try.
