Im live not at USA, but want to buy PP-eBay acc.
What best VPN you can offer? because in some times when you use VPN, paypal blocked you, i dont know why, so need help with IP (VPN)

VPN's are not favored by ebay, and paypal, but if its your only choice do a Google search for VPN's, and try to find one that's not so popular, which will better your chances of lasting a little longer.

So what is favored by ebay and pa yp al ?
If someone isn't from the US and is going to buy stealth accounts, so what should he do in order to keep himself under the radar for a long time?

The best way would be to contact the vpn provider and see how they handle it.

Maybe you get lucky on the first try.
