I had a PP account which is limited since last 8 month now i m going to create new PP account on same PC so i have install new windows xp on it so it will be fine to keep alway my old PP account from new one !

for another country set up - vpn is not good unless it is unique and not used before (alot are shared or recycled) nobody here will tell you a vpn that works for them, as everyone would use it and ruin it...

I would stick to your own country, there is no way you can set up abroad if you cannot do it at home, it is much harder.

use vcc therefore no link to you debit card (you can buy on forum, for sale section) or do a google search yourself.

india ip, just make sure your ip is different to the ones you used previously, to be on safe side just change your mobile internet and check the ips change upon shutdown/reopen.

Dude, you need to buy the stealth guide. No matter what we tell you you won't find it helpful or take it into consideration properly. Buy the Ebay Stealth guide and it will answer all of your questions and will re-assure you. It's the best thing to get back on ebay

So its all about ip from which i can prevent PP account to get confict to old PP account ? Beside installed fresh window i only have to change ip ?

Why is it so important to you that you use PP here instead of other more easier & more convenient payment methods ??? :noidea:

I cannot see why you are self mandating PP as your prefered payment processor given that you have no website, no ebay use & your business model (i.e software consultancy ???) appears to leave you in a position not able to supply the relevant information requested by PP or so far as you have been able to discern & adjudge that to be the case. Can you account for this ???

yes and i am not intending. i will create PP account with the name of my friend / detail. for mine it is so important to use paypal instead to use other payment gateway if you know more convenient payment methods then tell me so that i can get money from UK and US.

and ya i have no website, no ebay so what is there compulsory to use paypal ? paypal want some more information about my sale i already given sufficient information as much as i can but still it is limited !

thats correct i don't have enough knowledge about paypal term and condition and don't know much about it thats why i am here if i knew then i am not here to discuss these all things.
