21 days money hold! need help

hi, im selling to usa and paypal paying me by paypal. paypal is holding the money to the latest shipping day. so its around 21 days.
i have sold already over 30 items and ppl gave me also positive feedback. my question is how many do i need to sell til they will remove this money hold. or how many positive transaction need to proof that the customer is safe buying from me. is there a number that ebay setup. ?

It used to be that once you got to about 20 positive feedback, the holds would go away immediately. But I haven't noticed that any more.

Once 90 days have passed since your first sale, eBay will automatically stop instructing PayPal to hold funds for the account. So you will notice no more holds on day 90. But PayPal can then make the descision on their own at a later date to reapply the holds. They can literally come and go again at any time after the 90 days.

I know that this issue has been discussed many times but PP hold funds only from Ebay sales? I looked around for answers but can't find a straight one. For example if I sell on ioffer they will still hold my funds if I receive funds in a new opened stealth PP account?
And another example... if I sell on Ebay and I don't link my new opened stealth PP account and I instruct the buyer to send the payment there my funds will be held? Thanks to all members from this forum

call paypal. explain the situation and that you have built credibility. do not fight with them. if they do not help call back and speak to someone else. it could take 20 times of calling over a few days to get someone who will help you but they will

There is no longer a definitive answer. You just have to work through it.

I have an account that I experiment with and when the 21 day hold came in I emailed them and said I wont bother selling in that case. Their reply was, in so many words, "Yeah? You think we're bothered?"

That account now has 90 pos feedback and still has 21 day holds
