You link your REAL bank account to your STEALTH PayPal account. Stealth PP account is on random name..when paypal links/asks for my bank nr they see that the name is not the same. The PP account should be on exact same name as my bank account. And when PP wants to veryfie my account they ask for my ID or passport picture..with my real name on. So nr 7 or 17 didn't answer my question. Can someone else..please..fr Europe not US answer my question? someone who does know these things?

We have already said that PayPal does NOT see the real name on the bank account. The bank does NOT share this information with PayPal. I repeat the bank does NOT share this information with PayPal

Again, I have already told you. When PayPal asks for ID, contact a forum Mod.

Do not waste your time if you want to use a U.S paypal account. you can't make any bank accounts in the U.S without "TIN" .

It's very simple. you have 2 ways.

1- buy a verified U.S account
2- buy a VBA (virtual bank account)

Also i recommend you to buy Stealth guide eBay Stealth - eBay Suspension & PayPal Limited Guide : eBay Stealth – eBay Suspension & PayPal Limited Guide , If you don't want to waste your time.

I'm not an expert on ebay and paypal and here are good expert with enough experience.

But in my opinion, if you don't want to waste your time and you want to know about the basic of paypal process on accounts, it's good to read the guide.

If you don't want to buy the guide, so you will waste many times for learning the basic things.

Hi to all. I have the same questions.

I am also located in Europe, and I was using ebay and PayPal for a long time. I got suspended last week and bought the book, read it but I got some things that are not quite clear to me.

When I register to PP, I have to link a credit or debit card, not a bank account, we cannot link bank accounts in Europe. So the credit/debit card that I link has to be with my name on it. Later when I reach the limit of 2000 EUR, they would limit my account and ask for ID and proof of address, so I have to provide these proofs in order to continue to receive payments. I reached this in my second week of sales on my suspended EB account, so they asked the proofs.

So I cannot get how I am supposed to use not my real name on PP and then what card do I link? And I need a card to withdraw the funds anyway.

So the only was I guess is to use the all ID info of a friend of mine. I actually did that a year ago for other reason but I already used my address in the EB account on his name, which I guess I cannot use now as they will link the address even on a new IP. Will be thankful to some answers. Thank you

P.S. - I don't think we have a VCC here in Bulgaria, I can only apply for a card in the bank myself with my ID.
