It's very tough to create stealth PayPal in INDIA as we all require PAN numbers (similar to TAX ID) for signup. Which is really not possible to ⊗⊗⊗⊗ :( |

| Have talked to paypal about that, and there is no guarantee that paypal will let you open and operate the account from another country other than it is registered. I am not talking opening it through a VPN etc. I am talking about opening directly. They did not tell me that they will ban the account, but due to security reasons they might block the logging in, and then only someone from the country where it was opened will be able to restore the log in. So yes theoretically it is possible to use it from another country, but its not for sure, and might depend on your luck. Or might be if you will used it in that country for a while, build a cookies and other tracking history, and then after a while start opening it in another country, but it is personal. In general, paypals answer is that the system will block log ins. |

let's revive this topic, so how things are going nowadays guys, are there any countries where doc verification is not so strict so you could use made up info and creatives when they ask for docs? |

US expatriates moves to foreign countries can keep their US bank account and have no problem accessing it. |
