if i were to buy an ebay account from someone how would i pay the fees? vcc different from the one used to set up the seller's account?

But basically you just use another VCC or even your own credit card and do a 1 time payment.

I have used my own credit card with my real name on it to pay my Ebay fees for 3 different accounts and my Ebay accounts is still good. Ebay is so stupid. This miss the most obvious stuff sometimes.

Well my credit cards i use for payment is not registered with any account. I just use my real real credit with my real name on it to pay for the fees.

do you use that one real credit card to pay for different ebay accounts?

seems like using my real one would be dangerous.

Could I run and get a gift card each month and and do the "one-time-pay" that way?

I would think that EB would get suspicious, but they see smoke where there is no fire all of the time and then be in the middle of an inferno and ask to put a sweater on:p

yes as I already stated, i do use the 1 real credit card to pay for my fees on all 3 of my ebay accounts

update:

seller's account is open and i am selling one item. paypal account is open (personal not premier) they did their two deposits so i am verified. eb has somehow linked to the paypal account i opened as it shows in the listing i accept paypal. maybe i am wrong but the paypal sign is in my listing.

once i sell this first item i will list 2-3 more before i start selling items similar to what i was on my suspended account.

Spike you shouldn't get linked. There are too many people on Ebay selling the same products as you..

yeah i do agree chris hanson (you handsome *******). normally i would never link them. but this is the account i am experimenting with. got all the dba info set up to where i might slip by. i plan not to really sell much for 30 days.
