"We regularly review accounts to keep eBay a safe and fair marketplace for our members. As part of our security checks, we sometimes require a seller to contact us so that we can verify their information.

While we're waiting on your response, we've temporarily placed a selling hold on your account. This hold will prevent you from listing new items. Also, if you had any active listings, we've removed them, and placed them in your Unsold folder. We credited any associated fees to your account.

Once we verify your account information, you'll be able to start selling again right away. You'll also be able to relist items from your Unsold folder by clicking Relist to the right of the listing.

I made a stupid mistake of editing my list too often at once and I got this restriction. What is my next step guys?

Sounds like a fairly generic restriction, however I don't believe editing your item too often would cause a suspension by itself.

Next step is to call them, no choice in this type of situation. Just be confident and have all your account information in front of you. Don't stumble when they ask your stealth name :)

Its nothing bad they will ask basic questions about your account and then reinstate it.
After this procedure your account will get stronger :)

thank you guys, a simple call solved the problem. I had all my stealth info ready in front and just told them the way it is.
