Ok. I will try and include all details in order for someone to be able to give me some good advice.
I had my first original account suspended last year for selling international textbooks on half.com. After 90 days, I was reinstated, and just left my account alone. Sometime after this, I created a new account because I had opened a business bank account. On this account, I used my middle name instead of my first name, so that the ebay headings wouldn't confuse me. I began selling a few more international textbooks on the new account on half.com, but did not list them as such, but instead emailed the buyers as soon as they purchased. Most of them had figured as such, but the ones who weren't ok with it, I immediately refunded their orders. After no warning, I got the following email;
Hello XXXX (XXXX@yahoo.com),
We're sorry to tell you that your eBay account was suspended because recent account activity has raised serious security concerns. We've taken this precaution to protect our members while we make sure that the activity doesn't cause harm -- however unintentionally -- to the eBay community.
You can appeal this suspension. If, after reviewing your appeal, we're confident that this activity poses no risk to the Community, we'll be happy to reinstate your account. For information about how to appeal this suspension, please go to:
Suspended accounts
Unfortunately, during the suspension you won't be able to use eBay in any way. This includes using another existing account or registering a new account.
Any outstanding selling fees are due immediately, and any amounts that you haven't previously disputed will be charged to the billing method currently on file.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
Sincerely,
eBay Trust & Safety team

So I wrote them back for more information, and received the following;
Dear XXXX,
Thank you for writing eBay in regard to your Half.com suspension.
Your account was suspended under the "Abusing eBay" section of the eBay
User Agreement. Per this section, we may immediately issue a warning, a
temporary or indefinite suspension of your eBay account, or a
termination of your membership. We may also refuse to provide our
services to you if we believe that your actions may cause financial loss
or legal liability for you, our users or us.
To continue with your appeal, please see the link to the eBay "Request
for Reinstatement Process" web page below. This page provides you with
detailed instructions on how to expedite the reinstatement of your
account. You will also find helpful information regarding what it means
to have your account suspended.
eBay.com - SafeHarbor Request for Reinstatement
eBay requires the following in order to have your account reinstated:
1. That you understand the policy for which your account has been
suspended.
2. That you provide proof by fax that your eBay registration information
is valid.
3. That you provide all of the tracking numbers for your shipped items.
4. That you provide proof by fax that your inventory is permitted for
sale on Half.com.
We will accept a copy of your driver's license or other government
issued ID and a copy of a recent credit card statement clearly showing
the first and last 4 digits of the card number and your billing address
as proof of your registration information as well as a current utility
bill. Please be sure to block out the middle numbers of your credit
card with a black marker in order to ensure your security.
We also require that you provide proof of delivery for your recent
Half.com sales. We will accept this in the form of tracking numbers
provided by the post office. Please be sure to mark each tracking number
with the appropriate Half.com transaction number. You will find the
transaction number in the confirmation emails sent to you at the time
the sale was made.
If you are unable to provide tracking, you may provide proof of
legitimate inventory for the items you have listed on Half.com. This
can be in the form of purchase receipt, bill of lading, copies of
manufacturer invoices or any other documentation showing purchase or
possession of items listed for sale prior to your account suspension.
This includes purchase records and related documentation from your
suppliers.
Please allow at least 48 to 72 hours for this information to be
processed, and please be sure to address your fax to Attn: Half.com
Appeals. Emailing us before that time will result in delays. Once the
above information is provided, we will review your case and notify you
of our decision via email. If the information we are requesting is not
submitted, your account will remain suspended with no further review.
Please fax your Request for Reinstatement Form and proof of your
registration information (copy of your ID) to:
eBay, Attention: Half.com Appeals
Fax Number: 1-866-696-4842
NOTE: Any documents submitted will be destroyed after your registration
information has been verified.
The funds for the account will be held for a period of 90days from the
suspension unless the above items are given and account is reinstated.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Connor

Now, my first account remains open, so I don't think they've been linked. I just don't know what I should do from here. Will using my middle name have made this difficult? Also, the accounts are listed under two different addresses, but one is my mom's house, and one is my dad's, so that shouldn't be a problem.
