Account getting suspense (not definitely)
 

So, 1 of my account is banned today. A couple weeks ago, eBay email me asking for permission to collect tax. I upload my business license and resale certificates. They told me the documents are not sufficient, which make me wonder what documents they are looking for. I replied to that message, asking what documents they're looking for, so I can provide it.

They didn't answer, and today they suspended me. They told me that I can either remove tax table, or provide new documents. I sent them those documents again, and telling them that even though I have the resell certificate, I will just remove my tax table. It seems the easier way. I received an form message a couple hours later, stating the same thing: Documents are not sufficient. Provide new one, remove tax table or get suspense (which I already did). They don't even tell me what documents I need to give them. Btw, I gave the same documents to Amazon, and they let me collects sale tax normally.

The problem is I can't remove my tax table until I got my account back. Talked to CS, they understand the issue, and tell me that they couldn't remove my tax table either. But "a different team" handle the suspension, and "there is no way to talk to that team". No phone call, no chat, no emails. The only thing I can do is reply to that message, and tell that team that I will remove my tax table, which is basically coming back from the beginning.

This is ridiculous. The another thing is this one is only one of my 3 ebay accounts. Those account a definitely link, all are about 5,6 years old (cause I didn't know about stealth at that time) and I use the same address and everything. The other 2 accounts are fine at the moment.

Questions:
1. What should I do next to, maybe, get my account back?
2. What should I do to make sure the others two won't be banned? Cleared cookies, new users account, vpn now is too late, isn't it?

1. Are these accounts based in USA?

2. If one is banned and the others have same info etc, then they'll get linked and banned as well.

My suggestion is to get the ebay stealth and start making those stealth accounts right now, as well as looking for a way to get the old accounts unbanned if it's possible.

CHances are usually low for accounts to get back up once suspended.

Yes, they're all in the US.

How do I get them reinstate? I heard about something like reinstate form. What is that?

Is there anyway to "unlink" those account? Like change to the new address, use vpn, etc now?

Regarding the creating stealth account, I have a question regarding the SSN/EIN:

- Can I register multiple DBA as sole-proprietorship? So I can get multiple EIN?

Also, when I create a new ebay account, the limit is 5 items and it stays that way for at least 30 days. How do people get their limit up so quick?

It's unlikely they'll be reinstated.

No, there's no way to unlink them.

You don't like like you're in the US so you can't get a SSN, you'd need a TIN.

More than that will take an expert in these matters, it's not my thing.

No, I'm in the US. I have SSN and EIN. My SSN and EIN is already on my current paypal.

People in this forum mention that I can only get DBA per SSN, is it correct?

A DBA is tied to your SSN. You need an LLC or Corporation which is tied to an EIN which is owner by you. You can have unlimited corporations owned by you but depending on the state you live in that can get costly.

Have you started building your back up accounts yet as I suggested?

You could be spending a lot of time and energy trying to get them reinstated.

Another suggestion is to buy some high limit accounts from the sellers in here just to get you going.
