I want to post a New 3ds XL with capture card, is that too risky?

Please note if I do list it I will list it as Pre Owned and by the way the account I'm listing it on has ZERO feedback....will it be fine or no?

eBay would probably allow it since lots of non-sellers get on eBay to sell stuff like that for extra cash. But there's a chance you'll get a document request from Paypal once you receive a large payment as your 2nd transaction.

I wouldn't do it. Sell more first.

Hmmm.... how old is the ebay acc and what have you been using it for?

The capture card, it's good to go

But the New 3DSXL ? That's a no no

Maybe you should sell the capture card first, then list the new 3DS XL later

Nintendo doesn't have an agreement that their new items cannot be sold on auction sites, do they?

Video game category is a risk one, I wouldn't recommend it for your second sale

that is a very risky item on a zero feedback account, maybe safe on 10+ feedback account.

like other users have stated, the category is risky espcially for an account with just low ratings.

Possibly.

Why don't you just sell it locally on craigslist or some such and work on building your account for a while so it's not so risky instead?
