what can I say to them when they ask if I have the items I have listed in my possession or not. what their reaction for the drop shipping model; is there a difference between Outsourcing products and drop shipping ??

I have to call them and I need to know about that thank you

Well....it would seem the best answer would be to tell them you have the items in your possession.....if you tell them your dropshipping right out of the gate they aren't going to like it.....

So what should be the answer?
- what if I told them that I have some friends who lived elsewhere and we are working together ( i bring the orders and they ship), they would ask me more details about them? or it is just a friendly way to say I'm dropshipping :smash:

Tell them you have items, as they won't be able to check it anyway.

This sounds sketchy - keep it simple with eB - just tell them items are in your possession.

as long as I don't have the items in my possession I could not tell them the opposite
I have told them that I'm using a high and trusted drop shippers to assure a good delivery They just ask to make sure that the item I'm listed is available so that this can avoid me having inconvenience with the buyers.
They accept drop shipping as long the process is professional

please tell us how stupid they are to believe me when I'm talking with them on my Moroccan network and the item is shipped from the US ?!! how that can be understandable !!

Genius, perhaps you COULD OF TOLD US THAT from the beginning! How in the hell are we suppose to know this when you asked your question? How about you *****ng give us all the details before asking your question! We don't read minds you know.

I would not ask that if I'm in the US, most people who asked this are outside the US. that is why they cannot lie about that.
I thought you could see the flag under my name, anyway thank you for your reply.

OP are you registered on USA ebay.com and in a USA address? we need more info to advise

OP, so are you uploading non-US tracking? or any tracking at all?

I'm registered on eBay.com with my real Moroccan address,
about the tracking, I have not yet reached this level

I had no issues when I told them I was drop-shipping ! despite I have canceled my first four orders.

so where are you stating you are sending the goods from (on the listing) USA or morocco?

if you say from morocco, they might not like this but it is common practice...done by many established sellers....

I do not know how they would know you are dropshipping, you should not have told them, as they would not know without seeing tracking to show a different location.....unless someone complained? No they do not like dropshipping if it is not going smoothly - the thing you said about cancelling first 4 orders, this is significant, you drew attention to yourself maybe....

have you had any issues with buyers receiving or long delays in postage, any complaints?

they might want tracking for the items, if you do not have it, then say so, and show some postal receipts eg. ones you can get from post office floor, friends and family, for international postage. If you do not have this then pics of yourself holding some product is only way....

they may have already decided they do not like you for whatever reason, but try and provide something, in case it is just a soft enquiry that will get waved through....
