That's why you want to register in like other countries NOT US.

For example Brazil, Singapore, umm there is a whole list. Choose a country that is developed and wealthy and etc.
They don't require an identification or to have a bank account. Just a credit card and a local bank (or a US bank doesn't matter)

glitches.

so...dead people or Brazilians? which one seems easier to set up a 2-3000/month paypal account? Dead Brazillians fo sho! to my knowledge, opening a foreign bank account isn't a crime. would it be a crime to open a foreign bank account in a slightly different name? many family's names were changed or truncated when coming to Ellis island, so why can't i legally have a slightly different name in Singapore? if my i.p. doesn't match with the foreign nation i am claiming to be located in wont they know? or am i claiming to be a Singapore national (singapese...singaporish? singapeeze?singy) doing business in america? wont they ask for a TIN(tax identification number) anybody know about swiss bank account rules? The swiss are a shady money grubbing nation, and i would expect that they would conceal or help to facilitate anything like this for the right price(Nazi gold). also, any ideas on using mexican nationals' identities, can anything be gained by this?

Wouldn't starting an account and then waiting 30 days to use it raise some sort of red flag? It would seem perfectly normal to me for someone to look for something on ebay, see it and want to buy it, register and bid or buy it. Maybe wait a while to buy again and after a month try to sell some stuff from around the house.

Also, is it true that a cookie from here can be spotted by ebay? I have to admit there is a lot that I don't know, but that seems like a stretch, but I could be completely wrong.

Cookie from aspkin forum? Not really relevant to eb I'd say...for flagging purposes I mean but I could be wrong
