Going to need a lot more information to even try to assist you.
You say the account suspended was new. Did you open it yourself? did you buy it?
More importantly - why was it suspended? what were you doing to have that happen?

Read stealth book first, it doesn't have if you have millions of account if you don't know how to use one.

Remember to use all different information such as Name, Address, VCCs or VBAs as well as IP.
If you use the old infor, it will link and get the suspension soon.
You can buy accounts from seller section or do it yourself.
