mc113 suspension, poor performance or not paying fees, can i get it back?

Ok Paypal limited my account 6 months ago. I fulfilled a few orders afterwards but after hitting a brickwall with paypal i gave up and forgot about the account. Someone bought something and of course i didn't notice so they disputed and left negative feedback. Fast forward a few days ago paypal message me to say i ccan withdraw my money So i messaged paypal "this is ridiculous 6 months have past and see no complaints, see i wasn't being bad" Just having a rant, yesterday got an email "paypal account restored"

So that got me thinking, passed verification and now aged. The paypal will be pretty strong. Went to check ebay to pay the fees i owe. MC113 last month ( hadn't used it for 4 months so the only reasons could be not paying fees or poor seller.

Is it worth paying the fees or will they not open my account anyway?

Shame to let a strong paypal go to waste since its they that are the thorn in my side

Nope, there's no guarantee that eBay will reinstate your account. It's still 50/50.
How much did u owe tho? if you can afford to lose that amount, then i'd suggest to try your luck.

I paid the fees ($27.XX I owed for 4 years, didn't even know) and they stonewalled me. I wouldn't pay them.

Anyone ever have luck with this or know someone on the inside who could help? I could be selling tons of stuff right now.
