Is my paypal account safe?

Ok, heres the deal. My wifes Ebay account got shut down becuase it was linked to her brothers 3 accounts he has had suspended. But her paypal account is not blocked.

With that all being said I have a paypal account too that I have used it to collect money from items I have sold on both her account and his previous 3 accountss.

SOOOO... I have never had a ebay account in my name, plus I have never linked this paypal account to any ebay accounts although it has been used to buy and sell on various accounts.

Can I use my paypal to open a new ebay account in my name and link the 2 since I think both would be clear? I of course will follow the steps to clear my IP and yada yada yada.

Basically, Can I link my Paypal to my new Ebay for easy shipping reasons?

Side note, Can ebay see that my paypal account was previosuly logged into by a falgged IP in the past and thus ban my new Ebay account becuse of that?

I would dump any money you have in your PP acct right now and wait about a month befor using it again if at all. they do catch up and if theres money in your accts its theirs. plus you can do other things for shipping. just cause PP prints out a stupid sticker so does usps.com or charge flat rate.
