Very big problem with stealt
 

Hello after 1 month of use of Paypal in the UK I was asked to verify the data. Asked for address documents and confirmation of the card .My account is stealth. I made a driver's license and electricity bill. Because I do not have access to the originally registered VCC,I tried to to attach a new one, but did not allow me. Then I deleted the old one and and I tried to put it back and got up. The next day, however, I was limited to everything. I can neither send nor receive money anymore. I can not delete the old card. I tried with VBA but it did not happen there. Is there a problem with VBA and VCC my provider or from Paypal.What can I do in this case? Please help me !

I very much hope it's not because I have a fair amount of money inside and I have no idea how I'll take it if I'm forever limited. As far as I know, I have to confirm with an AVS card, and I have tried only with an ordinary one. The bad thing is that I deleted the old one and returned it again, and I can not confirm it. Hope this is not fatal. I'm waiting for a supplier to contact me and to buy an AVS card and write to tell what's going on.

You cannot get a VBA in the UK

Was this an account you made yourself or one that you bought?

You need to start to understand that the reason this forum and the stealth guide are created is because we were suspended for no good reason. And we'll never know why.

If they limit you forever, then you'll have to wait the 180 days before you can withdraw your funds to your bank account.

Okay, I'd like to read this guide. Since when is the latest update and writing about how to remove this limit in a Paypal at creation so that they do not want documents and have no restrictions again?
I also want to ask this guide if it is in another language or can it be used by an interpreter?

PayPal is not like that. Any account at any time can face a limitation.

You have to make sure you know exactly how to create an account.

All you have done so far in this thread is ignore questions and repeat yourself.

Are you based in the USA and trying to sell on eBay UK with a purchased account .

Explain exactly what you know about eBay UK and how to access your Account.

I think the reason you were limited is pretty clear.

An AVS isn't going to solve the problem here.

The truth is I'm trying to sell both markets (UK and USA) By now I've been locked twice from the USA and decided to try in the UK. Until now, I've had problems with Ebay alone. In UK Paypal wrote me a message that they want to present papers because I have exceeded the limit of 1700 euros. That's why I ask how can the UK be removed from the beginning from the beginning? The reason I'm limited is a limit 1700 euro in the UK. The Driving license and all the documents were accepted. My problem is that I could not verify the card with which the account was initially registered.

So you went to sell on a market where you had not done research?

eBay and PayPal go together. You need to research the info before even thinking of selling anywhere and in any language.

Not a word about the 1700 pounds until 16 posts along in the conversation.

How do you expect people to help you if you don't give them the information they need to answer your question?

In any case, the AVS isn't really your core problem, because that's the easiest thing to fix.

It's like pulling teeth man....lol. We have to extract all the damn information, which we then end up in a 5 page thread because people like to give bread crumbs of information.

This is the first message from Paypal and after that I had a limit not to delete the account. After a while, I could not send money, and after I deleted and uploaded the card i was limited to anything but uploading information.
