Very big problem with stealt
 

Hello after 1 month of use of Paypal in the UK I was asked to verify the data. Asked for address documents and confirmation of the card .My account is stealth. I made a driver's license and electricity bill. Because I do not have access to the originally registered VCC,I tried to to attach a new one, but did not allow me. Then I deleted the old one and and I tried to put it back and got up. The next day, however, I was limited to everything. I can neither send nor receive money anymore. I can not delete the old card. I tried with VBA but it did not happen there. Is there a problem with VBA and VCC my provider or from Paypal.What can I do in this case? Please help me !

I very much hope it's not because I have a fair amount of money inside and I have no idea how I'll take it if I'm forever limited. As far as I know, I have to confirm with an AVS card, and I have tried only with an ordinary one. The bad thing is that I deleted the old one and returned it again, and I can not confirm it. Hope this is not fatal. I'm waiting for a supplier to contact me and to buy an AVS card and write to tell what's going on.

You cannot get a VBA in the UK

You need to start to understand that the reason this forum and the stealth guide are created is because we were suspended for no good reason. And we'll never know why.

If they limit you forever, then you'll have to wait the 180 days before you can withdraw your funds to your bank account.

Okay, I'd like to read this guide. Since when is the latest update and writing about how to remove this limit in a Paypal at creation so that they do not want documents and have no restrictions again?
I also want to ask this guide if it is in another language or can it be used by an interpreter?

PayPal is not like that. Any account at any time can face a limitation.

You have to make sure you know exactly how to create an account.

Are you based in the USA and trying to sell on eBay UK with a purchased account .

Explain exactly what you know about eBay UK and how to access your Account.

The truth is I'm trying to sell both markets (UK and USA) By now I've been locked twice from the USA and decided to try in the UK. Until now, I've had problems with Ebay alone. In UK Paypal wrote me a message that they want to present papers because I have exceeded the limit of 1700 euros. That's why I ask how can the UK be removed from the beginning from the beginning? eBay and PayPal go together. You need to research the info before even thinking of selling anywhere and in any language.

How do you expect people to help you if you don't give them the information they need to answer your question?

In any case, the AVS isn't really your core problem, because that's the easiest thing to fix.

This is the first message from Paypal and after that I had a limit not to delete the account. After a while, I could not send money, and after I deleted and uploaded the card i was limited to anything but uploading information.

Well, in fact, the main problem was again and only the map! After I made another credit card statement and released Paypal to the starting position. I contacted Paypal and they told me I had to give them a bank account and they would send me the code manually. When I confirm it, I will have full access again. Can you point me who can do UK VBA?
