Never had a credit card in my life, not one hint if ID theft, definitely not a new home, my family's owned it since we built the home in 72. The year before it was an empty felid. No wifi at my house, don't need it.

I did ask for all the info in the other account so I could file an PO report, but no mater how much I pushed they only gave the first name on the acount

I even filed a bbb complaint but they did nothing, just gave me a speech about paying my fees and haveing more then one account.

That's very, very strange if that's the case. Force them - as a debt collector - to send proof of the debt in writing. Legally dispute it, file a complaint.

I tried that, but I got nothing out of them.
But now they aren't sending me collection emails anymore.
If its brought back up im shure as hell going to take legal action.

However after fileing a PO report for possible ID theft I was able to get somewhere. Its not much, but my local police subpoenad ebay. Apparently someone used my address to sign up for ebay. Apparently ebay bans everyone useing the address after one user gets banned. Nothing else matches me, not the name, not the ip, not the banking info.
Talk about messed up.

This is not funny, eBay sold the debt to collectors.
Now I'm getting calls form collectors. All because someone used my address... Ebay, you ****in suck.

The collectors don't even have a lick of info about me other then they think I know the person. Looks like I'll have to take legal action. I'll let you guys know how it all goes once its all said and done, but for now I rather not say anything more.
