ebay account suspended after 2 listings

This is the email I received from eBay. It's not a phishing email. It was in eBay messages section as well

After reviewing your eBay account, recent activity has raised serious security concerns. As a result, we've taken the following action on your account:
- Your eBay account has been suspended.
- Item listings have been removed. A list of removed items is available further down in this email.
You won't be able to use eBay in any way. This includes using another existing account or registering a new account. Any outstanding selling fees are due immediately, and any amounts that you haven't previously disputed will be charged to the billing method currently on file.
We've taken this precaution to protect our members while we make sure that the activity doesn't cause harm -- however unintentionally -- to the eBay community.
Here are the listings we removed:

This is a legit eBay account that was opened 2 days ago. Never had another account. The only thing that seems to be a red flag is the account was registered in USA but due to my travels for business between USA & Canada, I purchased a mobile internet in Canada to be able to work on the account remotely. Could the IP from a different country trigger this suspension?
What can I do now to fix my situation. I am a legit person with a legit business with not so risky items to sell.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you |
